Hello Aditya,

  1. Vmware Advanced Keyboard Driver

Lenovo ThinkStation P330 Tower workstation features the latest -generation Intel® processing power, the option of Intel® Optane™ memory, NVIDIA® Quadro® graphics, VR-ready certification, and support for up to 6 independent displays. How to install VMware Workstation 15 Pro (2019) on Windows 10 Virtual Machines, also called hypervisor or Virtual Machine Monitor have been around for quite sometime and allow us to run multiple operating system on the same physical machine.

Thank you for posting your concern on the forum.

As per the issue description your keyboard is working fine if it is connected to USB 3.0 port and it didn't work if it is connected to USB 2.0 port.

I would suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter just to check if everything is fine with Keyboard and its settings.

So, I'm trying to do an image of my physical laptop (Lenovo T530, Win7x64-Enterprise), using VMWare Workstation 8. The image was created without any issues, and boots up fine into the login screen. The mouse works, but I can not get it to recognize any input from my keyboards, either the built-in laptop keyboard or the attached USB keyboard. It just doesn't register. I have installed the enhanced virtual driver, messed around with the VM BIOS settings, played with the USB Controller settings ... no effect. The odd thing is that both keyboards work in the BIOS, also work when hitting F8 ... just disappear as soon as the OS comes up full. Anyone have any ideas? Google searches all day have been useless.
